This Cremation Package provides for  a Basic Cremation.

• This service package includes the initial transfer from the place of death (within 50 miles of our funeral homes),  limited minimal services, transportation to the crematory and crematory fee.

 *The above charges do not include any memorial package (registry book), newspaper notices or other cash advanced items including certified death certificates and OMI Cremation Permit. These items will be discussed when arrangements are finalized.
