This Cremation Package provides for cremation with a reception in our family center.

A Reception provides an opportunity for friends and family to gather in a relaxed atmosphere where hospitality and fond memories can be shared. It is a time to honor relationships and celebrate life.

The Reception Package includes the use of our facilities and staff. We provide coffee, lemonade, water and the appropriate cups, napkins, supplies and amenities.

Families may have special food catered by areas restaurants or bakeries for an additional charge.

The importance, however, of a memorial reception is not found in the food shared but rather the stories remembered and the life honored. This is a wonderful alternative to a traditional gathering or visitation.

You will have an opportunity to share your thoughts on the reception at the conclusion of Step 4.

• This service package includes the BASIC CREMATION PACKAGE (initial transfer from the place of death within 35 miles of Muskegon, basic services of funeral director and staff, transportation to our crematory, crematory fee and the required Muskegon County's Medical Examiner's Cremation Permit. $55.00 value)

• Assistance with obituary creation and web publishing
  * Most newspapers have an additional charge not reflected in this fee.

*The above charges do not include any memorial package (registry book), newspaper notices or other cash advanced items including certified death certificates. These items will be discussed when arrangements are finalized.
