It will also be recorded in a secure file at Claybar Funeral Home to assist the legal next of kin or responsible party in executing the selected arrangements.
Certain information may be shared with the Texas State Banking Department as necessary for the establishment of a Texas Funeral Trust or state approved Insurance Plan to receive payment for the services and merchandise selected.
